The Community Score is the main output of our platform—it represents the collective opinion of all traders who have reviewed a firm.

How does PropFirmsScore work?

Traders submit reviews rating firms across multiple categories: overall experience, rule fairness, rule consistency, evaluation process, and support quality. These reviews are the inputs. We then calculate aggregated Community Scores based on all reviews—this score is the output. Every Community Score you see is derived directly from trader feedback, not our opinion.

Yes. Browsing reviews, comparing firms, and reading our methodology is completely free. Writing reviews requires a free account to prevent spam and maintain quality.

Who can write a review?

Anyone with a verified email address can write a review. We require email verification to reduce spam and ensure review quality. You do not need to provide proof of trading with a firm to submit a review.

How is the Community Score calculated?

The Community Score is the average of all user-submitted overall ratings for a firm. This is the primary metric on PropFirmsScore—it's what the platform is named after. Detailed category scores (rule fairness, consistency, evaluation, support) are also averaged separately. All calculations are transparent and based solely on community input. Reviews are the raw data; Community Score is the refined result.

Can I edit my review?

Yes, you can edit your review once to correct mistakes. After that, the edit button will be disabled. If you need further changes, please contact admin support.

Can reviews be removed?

Reviews may be removed if they violate our guidelines (spam, offensive language, clearly fraudulent). We do not remove reviews simply because a firm disagrees with them. Genuine negative experiences are valuable to the community.

No. PropFirmsScore does not verify financial claims, payouts, or trading results. Our scores reflect community opinions and experiences, not financial audits. We are a review platform, not a regulatory body.

Are reviews moderated?

Yes. We monitor reviews for spam, offensive content, and obvious fraud. However, we do not remove reviews simply because they are negative. Our goal is to maintain honest, helpful feedback.

No. Firms cannot pay to improve their score or remove negative reviews. Scores are calculated exclusively from community reviews. Firms can respond to reviews (feature coming soon), but they cannot alter the rating.

Yes. Some firm listings include affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you sign up through those links. Affiliate relationships do NOT influence scores or rankings. Scores are based purely on community reviews.

No. Whether you use our affiliate link or discount code has zero impact on a firm's score. Scores are calculated from community reviews only. We clearly label all affiliate content.

Use the 'Suggest a Firm' page to submit a new firm. Provide the firm name, website, and any relevant details. Your suggestion will be reviewed by our team.

Are suggested firms added automatically?

No. All firm suggestions go through a manual review process to prevent spam and ensure quality. We verify that the firm is legitimate and active before adding it to the platform.

Can prop firms request to be listed?

Yes. Prop firms can use the same 'Suggest a Firm' form to request listing. The same review process applies. Being listed is free, but we reserve the right to decline firms that don't meet our standards.
